Espiral Restaurant...Spanish croquetas might come with many different fillings (not just Serrano) and with a bechamel sauce as a base ingredient. But they NEVER have a potato filling. Please get it right once and for all, it is not the first time you mention this in your socials. Do not market your potato filled things as 'Spanish croquetas'.
